📋 Description

• Champion Agile principles and guide engineering teams in Scrum practices.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove blockers, escalating when needed.
• Protect teams from external interruptions and promote ownership.
• Coordinate project plans, release plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Scrum Master experience in web/software environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CSP; PMP preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Sprint planning, backlog mgmt, and coaching.
• Proven Agile project leadership across cross-functional orgs.
• Technical fluency with engineering workflows and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership.
