Manage multiple concurrent projects for global clients
Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
Facilitate internal communications and point of contact with external stakeholders
Estimate velocity and costs, develop resource plans, and assess risks
Coach teams in Agile and guide scrum maturity

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years of Agile PM or Scrum Master experience in digital agency/consulting
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe)
Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience
Strong English written and verbal communication
Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
