Ensure backlog health and delivery predictability.
Collaborate with delivery manager, SFMC Lead and stakeholders.
Coach teams on Agile principles and DevOps practices.
Remove impediments and manage dependencies.
Track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

Proven Scrum Master/Agile Coach in software/marketing tech.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
CSM/PSM certification is a plus (or equivalent).
Fluent English, good multi-market collaboration.
