📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Identify root causes of inventory issues and escalate gaps with the General Manager.
• Support core operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure quality of service.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with ability to balance fun and work.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and safely use ladders and stand for entire shifts.
• Align with ALO’s Guiding Principles and maintain store standards.
