📋 Description

• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist in shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and visual standards on the sales
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guest service requirements.
• Maintain strong stockroom standards and safety to support store operations.
• Align with operations and visual management to ensure efficient store execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Move and adapt quickly in a fast-paced store setting
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results and work well in a team
