Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
Carry out key operational functions: shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery
Maintain visual standards and product flow on sales floor and stockroom
Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store goals during peak periods

🎯 Requirements

1+ year of client-centric sales and operational experience
Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to stand for an entire shift; capable of movement around store
Flexible with part-time schedule, up to ~20 hours/week during peak season
