📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to maintain product flow
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs
• Maintain strong visual standards and safe, efficient stockroom operations
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and merchandising standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales and operations experience
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Strong customer service focus and desire to deliver exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with the drive to achieve results as an individual and as part of a team
