📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and store product flow daily.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs of business, team and guests.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and stockroom organization to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to resolve inventory issues and improve processes.
• Support essential operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations during peak periods.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; stand and move for long periods.
• Strong customer service mindset with passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail and ability to work across sales floor and back of house.
• Must be able to work during peak holiday blackout period (Thanksgiving through Jan 22).
