📋 Description

• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor; assist with floor set updates.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and fulfill business needs.
• Collaborate with team, budgets, and vendor relationships to maximize store performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds; stand and move for entire shift.
• 1+ year of constant movement in and around store operations; ability to work in a fast-paced
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week; ability to work during holiday blackout period
• Strong business acumen and ability to use metrics to support plans.
