• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Focus on inventory accuracy, product flow, and high-performing store operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guest requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and uses metrics to guide decisions
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and work well in a team
• Willing to work up to 20 hours per week, including peak blackout period
