📋 Description

• Create a warm, inclusive in-store experience for Knix customers.
• Guide customers to the right Knix products and fit.
• Drive KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT) through proactive service.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and promotions.
• Support floor visuals and store operations to stay customer-ready.
• Escalate issues to the Manager on Duty as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
• You're a team player who collaborates well.
• Flexible, initiative-driven, able to handle multiple interactions.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with KPIs is an asset.
• Must have legal work authorization in Canada and be 18+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move through the store during shifts.
