• Seasonal, part-time role supporting store goals during peak periods
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and authentic connection
• Provide product expertise and personalized service to drive sales
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop store environment
• Support store leadership with ALO Flow initiatives and product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort with merchandise presentation and daily replenishment
• Flexibility to work a 4-hour minimum shift and up to 20 hrs/week
• Willingness to work during blackout holiday period
