📋 Description

• Seasonal sales associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading initiatives and maintaining store productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and partner with leadership to analyze reports and drive growth
• Ensure effective front and back-of-house coverage and merchandising to support sales.
• Communicate store goals, product launches, and initiatives to educate guests and staff on the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Energetic, upbeat, and able to balance fun with work.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results in a team setting.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and safely handle physical tasks.
• Stand/walk for an entire shift and be able to work during peak holiday periods.
