• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods via guest experiences and brand
• Deliver authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service to drive sales and

🎯 Requirements

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives.
• Strong communication and client-focused service; prefer 1+ years in a client-centric sales
• Ability to lift, move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for long shifts.
