• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Provide authentic connection, product knowledge, and personalized service to drive sales and client
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and contribute to a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-centric with 1+ year prior work in a client-facing sales environment (preferred).
• Strong communication, ability to meet sales goals, and partnership with leadership.
• Excellent guest service, product knowledge, and ability to educate guests on product offerings.
• Comfort with moving around the store and handling daily responsibilities on the floor.
• Ability to stand, move for a shift, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Flexible schedule to cover peak periods and blackout dates during holidays.
