📋 Description

• Drive and exceed sales goals with ALO Flow initiatives
• Provide guest experiences and product expertise
• Maintain engaging, easy-to-shop environment for customers
• Assist in shipments and product flow, merchandising, replenishment
• Educate guests on product, store initiatives and culture
• Support daily operations to keep store running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric sales experience preferred
• Ability to move around store and assist customers all day
• Confident in handling stock, shipments, and back-of-house tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a part-time seasonal schedule, including peak periods
• Willingness to collaborate with leadership and store team
