Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Southgate Centre

📋 Description

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy to shop environment
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, launches, and initiatives; educate guests on guest-facing
• Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per policy and keep store clean and safe
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and visual merchandising placement
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with standing/movement throughout shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during holiday blackout periods
• Part-time availability up to 20 hours/week
