📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and providing friendly, easy-to-shop
• Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a welcoming environment on the sales floor.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, product launches, and guest-facing initiatives; educate guests
• Assist in processing shipments, product flow, replenishment, and visual merchandising to support

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and ability to build client relationships daily.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate store initiatives to guests.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; stand and move for an entire shift.
• Effective teamwork with store leadership to meet goals and deliver results.
• Confidently represent the ALO business model across Retail, Yoga, and Café facets.
