📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak and high-volume periods by delivering
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action
• Educates guests and staff on product, community and culture; communicates store goals and

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and
