📋 Description

• Directly manages 6-8 Account Executives and drives their productivity and pipelines
• Coach reps to conduct discovery meetings, live demos, and Mandarin-language solutions for prospects
• Collaborate with Director and GVP on sizing and scoping Toast opportunities in target markets
• Identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets sales expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin; coach reps and communicate with prospects in Mandarin
• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing/closing roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of success
• Passionate, inspirational, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and adaptable under pressure
