SEC Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead SEC reporting readiness and support annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Implement scalable processes and AI-enabled improvements for accurate accounting and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting inputs with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and
• Support complex accounting areas and perform technical accounting research for US GAAP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years accounting experience, including 2+ years at a Big 4 firm and SEC reporting at a
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience researching and resolving complex technical accounting issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record driving process improvements, system implementation, and scalable operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
