Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor alerts and events from multiple client environments via SIEM.
• Perform initial investigation and triage; escalate per protocol.
• Document incidents, actions, and resolutions in MSP tickets.
• Support containment, root cause analysis, and remediation across clients.
• Communicate status and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in 24x7 rotating roster including nights and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a SOC/security analyst role (MSP preferred)
• Hands-on with SIEM tools: Rapid7 InsightIDR, Splunk, QRadar
• Familiar with networking concepts, Windows/Linux, and common threats
• Strong analytical/investigative skills for multiple clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction/docs
• Availability for 24x7 shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
