📋 Description

• Security diligence on acquisitions: assess security/IT posture and tech stacks.
• Lead IT/security integration for acquisitions; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive security/IT workstreams across M&A; align environments with Kraken security.
• Partner with Security, IT, Engineering, Corporate Development, and Product.
• Improve internal workflows via automation and AI tooling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in security, engineering, IT, technical PM, or M&A integration.
• 2+ years defining/executing technical scopes in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Broad experience across Security, IT, and Engineering disciplines.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: IAM, IT systems, software eng, app security, or DevOps.
• Experience designing/executing technical architecture plans that support business goals.
• Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve technical workflows.
