Security Captain

📋 Description

• Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.
• Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Fill in for the Site Manager or open Shift Security Captain positions.
• Trained to cover any position under their supervision.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections.
• Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Education/experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field
• Required certificates/licenses: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Preferred certifications: CPP (ASIS), OSHA-10.
• Physical demands: ability to stand long periods; lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs; support patrols
