Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute defined compliance, customer assurance, risk mgmt, and audit-support activities.
• Maintain risk register and Drata evidence; track remediation; prep audit docs.
• Coordinate security/compliance sections of RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Engage with Revenue teams on customer engagements; clarify posture in calls.
• Ensure AI tooling outputs are validated against internal sources before use.

🎯 Requirements

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification (required or with strong evidence).
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001; familiarity with ISO 42001 (optional).
• Knowledge of risk registers, remediation governance, and GRC platforms.
• Ability to draft and respond to customer security questionnaires and risk assessments.
• Strong collaboration with internal owners and stakeholders; detail-oriented.
