Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute defined compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities.
• Maintain risk register and Drata compliance platform with evidence and remediation tracking.
• Prepare documentation for internal/external audits per security policies.
• Collaborate with Revenue teams on RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Participate in customer calls to clarify security posture and drive follow-ups.
• Leverage Behavox AI tooling to automate compliant workflows with human validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Internal ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting compliance and audit activities; risk and remediation governance knowledge.
• Familiarity with control evidence, SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 (optional).
• Ability to coordinate risk assessments and maintain evidence packages.
• Proficient in AI-enabled workflow automation for compliance tasks.
• Strong communication for customer calls and cross-functional collaboration.
