Security Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Own the security compliance program across key frameworks and drive program design
• Lead FedRAMP efforts including authorization and monitoring
• Interface with auditors, regulators, and internal teams to drive clean outcomes
• Present objectives and results to senior management and board
• Own control framework and security policy library, aligning standards
• Lead and develop the team, scaling the function as obligations grow

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security compliance, GRC, or audit with end-to-end ownership
• Deep knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA, DORA; NIST CSF/CIS familiarity
• Technical/product fluency to engage engineering and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready documentation
• Fast-paced, high-growth fintech/payments experience preferred
• People leadership experience; travel as needed
