📋 Description

• Execute and follow up security compliance programs across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
• Plan and carry out store audits and internal monitoring in line with Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements and action plans with store/area teams, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support store management in achieving audit expectations and communicate required actions.
• Report audit results and deviations using company tools and systems.
• Act as an ambassador for security standards across stores and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, or similar roles.
• Good understanding of store operations, security standards and compliance programs.
• Experience supporting audits and monitoring requirements with action plan follow-up.
• Familiarity with inventory processes including Yearly Stock Take (YST).
• Experience supporting investigations, including fraud cases and incident reporting.
• Good English skills, written and spoken; native or fluent Slovak with excellent communication.
