📋 Description

• Execute and follow up security compliance programs across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
• Plan and carry out store audits and internal monitoring per Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements with store and area teams, follow-up and execution.
• Support store management to meet audit expectations and priorities.
• Report audit results and follow-ups using company tools.
• Act as ambassador for security standards across stores and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in security ops, compliance or similar roles.
• Store Manager or similar retail leadership experience a plus.
• Good understanding of store ops, security standards and compliance programs.
• Experience with audits, monitoring requirements and action plans.
• Familiarity with inventory processes including YST.
• Experience with investigations, fraud cases, incident reporting.
