📋 Description

• Execute and follow up security compliance programs across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
• Plan and carry out store audits and internal monitoring in line with Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements and action plans with store and area teams, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support store management in achieving audit expectations, clearly communicating required actions.
• Report audit results, deviations and follow-ups using company tools and systems.
• Act as an ambassador for security standards, services and requirements across stores and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or similar
• Good English skills, written and spoken.
• Native or fluent level of Slovak, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and following up action plans.
• Familiarity with inventory processes, including Yearly Stock Take (YST).
• Experience supporting or participating in investigations, including fraud cases and incident
