Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify highest-impact security risks and lead end-to-end remediation.
• Own code, dependencies, and secrets security tooling.
• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews for new and existing services.
• Validate and triage bug bounty and pentest findings.
• Lead security monitoring and incident response: alerts and investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong security engineering background with hands-on production security.
• Ability to drive remediation across teams with clear priorities.
• Ownership mindset; deliverables and high standards.
• Strong communication; comfortable remote in fast-moving product env.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD and IaC workflows.
• Experience in high-growth startups or small teams is a plus.
