• Operate Chainguard's platforms (cloud, IAM, and AI)
• Implement access controls and identity policies
• Harden and monitor cloud infrastructure with senior architects
• Secure AI/ML pipelines and workflows as they scale
• Troubleshoot and automate systems with IT/dev skills
• Document runbooks and share knowledge across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT admin and/or software development foundation
• Hands-on IAM, AI/ML infra, or cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Security fundamentals and a desire to grow into security
• Scripting, automation, and a troubleshooting mindset
• Clear communication and collaboration across multiple teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-moving startup environment
