Security Engineer

📋 Description

• The Security Engineer safeguards internal company data and client information, including consumer
• Oversee vendor risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies, government
• Maintain security of a serverless AWS platform using WAF, IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, and CloudWatch.
• Develop, deploy, and execute controls and defenses to secure infrastructure and data assets.
• Engage in problem-solving, automation, and improving trustworthiness of services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 2-4 years of related experience or
• Experience in Security Operations, security monitoring, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• 3+ years as a Security Engineer or related role; 2+ years in cybersecurity technologies
• 1+ years of AWS security services experience (WAF, GuardDuty, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch).
• 2+ years in tool integrations and REST APIs; TypeScript or Python experience.
• Proficiency in networking, security monitoring, and related technologies.
