📋 Description

• Perform penetration testing on apps and systems.
• Organize regular attack-defense drills.
• Test and bypass blue team defenses to improve protection.
• Research offensive/defensive tech; track industry advances.
• Contribute to security capabilities: detection rules, monitoring, traces.
• Develop countermeasures and TTPs from threat intel.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in red/blue team; able to perform independent pentests.
• Experience with internal network/domain penetration and proven cases.
• Experience pentesting AWS cloud; containers and Kubernetes security.
• Proficient with Linux/Windows, DBs, commands, and privilege escalation.
• Familiar with web frameworks; able to audit code and find vulnerabilities.
• Experience with red/blue team exercises.
