• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure by design.
• Lead production security incident response and remediation efforts.
• Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps.
• Protect sensitive customer data across multi-tenant architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Application Security in high-scale SaaS.
• Experience with SaaS security tools for prevention, detection, remediation.
• Strong incident response skills across lifecycle.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop security teams.
