Security Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute security strategy to support growth.
• Lead security team for operations, monitoring, incident response, and threat intel.
• Own governance framework: policies, standards, controls, maturity.
• Partner with engineering to implement app, cloud, and endpoint security.
• Build monitoring, detection, response, and incident management capabilities.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure security performance and risk to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading security teams in tech, high-growth, or agile orgs.
• Broad expertise across security ops, cloud security, app security, infra, and governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience designing incident response processes, security monitoring programs, and threat intelligence capabilities.
• Strong technical understanding of securing cloud environments (AWS) and modern workplace endpoints.
• Experience creating practical, scalable security policies, standards, and controls.
• Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams.
