📋 Description

• Maintain front desk logs for people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as needed.
• Monitor cameras and patrol to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to property incidents and document them for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must live within commuting distance to Carlisle, PA.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Read/write/speak/understand English.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk stairs in various weather conditions.
