📋 Description

• Facility and physical security: own facility security program, access control, secure-room
• Preparation for NATO Restricted readiness audits and higher classifications as needed.
• Secure handling of classified material per Portuguese rules and ICEYE policy.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Head of People & Operations, and IT Site Engineer on secure-area

🎯 Requirements

• Formal Facility Security Officer or Security Manager experience in defence, aerospace, or critical
• Knowledge of physical security standards and information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST
• Experience with national clearance processes (GNS/ANS) and NATO classification (NATO RESTRICTED).
• Active or eligible Portuguese national security clearance; fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Pragmatic, calm under pressure, able to manage ambiguity and matrix reporting (Security, CEO).
• Basic IT literacy to coordinate with IT Site Engineer on secure-area requirements.
