📋 Description

• Provide customer service and assist with directions and information at a site.
• Manage front desk logs for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and keep a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain PERC and meet state training requirements.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and extensive foot patrols.
