Security Operations Center (SOC) Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and operate a fintech-grade SOC across cloud, infra, identity, endpoints, and transactions
• Establish detection coverage aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and fraud models
• Lead end-to-end incident response with root cause analysis
• Minimize blast radius and reduce MTTD/MTTR
• Design high-signal alerting to reduce noise and improve SIEM
• Align monitoring with transaction flows and money movement controls

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years in cybersecurity operations
• Proven experience building or maturing a SOC in a complex environment
• Deep incident response and security investigations
• Hands-on with SIEM platforms and detection rule engineering
• Strong cloud security knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure) and identity systems
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
