Security Service Technician 1

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to routine, non-routine, scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace defective components, debug systems, and complete installations for
• Perform preventative maintenance, system checkouts, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and
• Use diagnostic methods, tools, and techniques to isolate problems and determine effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate service reports to support communication, invoicing, and job-cost tracking.
• Support upgrades, audits, consultations, custom integrations, and network equipment installation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Developing technical knowledge of electronic security, fire alarm and life-safety, building
• Experience with brands such as Bosch, DMP, or Honeywell is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Develop basic programming skills and structured troubleshooting techniques.
