Security Shift Lead - Office High Rise - Chicago

📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
• Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and training adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• English literacy; bi-lingual a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods; able to climb stairs.
