Security Shift Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and motivate security officers during assigned shifts to enforce company policies
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman/Titan Management
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management
• Provide a great work environment by treating staff with respect

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience
• Education: High School diploma or GED; 3 years security-related experience
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual is a plus
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage multiple duties on site
