📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and motivate on-duty officers to follow post orders and safety protocols
• Conduct daily shift briefings, assign patrol routes, verify attendance
• Deliver training on emergency protocols, tech systems, and customer service
• Perform random site inspections to ensure proper patrols and uniforming
• Foster a respectful, performance-driven work environment
• Maintain high security and customer service standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security officer exp
• Valid security license as required; driver's license if applicable
• English language proficiency; bilingual a plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; perform foot patrols
• Capable of emergency response and incident reporting
