📋 Description

• Provide real-time technical support to field engineers during security system installations.
• Guide installation teams through milestones, including programming, testing, troubleshooting
• Support installations involving access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, fire alarms, BI
• Maintain documentation of installation activities, issues, resolutions, and project progress.
• Coordinate with Field Ops, Project Mgmt, Customer Success, and Account Admin teams.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate risks or customer concerns as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Field Technician, Help Desk, or similar security installations role.
• Hands-on with access control, CCTV/VMS (IP and analog), intrusion and fire alarm systems, BI
• Practical knowledge of low-voltage wiring, inputs/outputs, serial polling loops.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues while managing multiple installations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with field techs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work style in fast-paced environments.
