📋 Description

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Serve as primary client contact for account management
• Manage servicing, renewals, and new business support
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and offshore teams
• Ensure all activities follow procedures and quality standards
• Maintain client and policy records in agency systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial lines retail insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and servicing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
