Lead and execute 3D pipeline steps with focus on modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering.
Build, dress, and light virtual sets and environments to match project aesthetics.
Ensure visual quality and reasonable render times within project constraints.
Produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing renders.
Incorporate client and director feedback into revisions.
Collaborate with animators, compositors, and other generalists for optimal workflow.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in advertising or VFX preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Cinema4D or Maya.
Strong rendering skills; familiar with Octane or Redshift.
Experience with complex CGI pipelines.
Independent, structured worker and clear communicator.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
