📋 Description

  • Acquire new AEC enterprise clients and expand existing accounts across Canada and the U.S.
  • Sell AI services to C-suite buyers (COO, CTO, CFO) and leaders in Pre-Construction and VDC
  • Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, qualifying, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, closing
  • Apply MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies in real-world selling
  • Partner with delivery and solutions teams to ensure what you sell is built and lands well
  • Contribute to AltaML's GTM strategy in AEC as a founding voice

🎯 Requirements

  • Deep experience selling enterprise tech into the AEC industry (ConTech required)
  • Established executive network; can get in the room without cold outreach
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota
  • Fluency in MEDDIC and Challenger frameworks
  • Ability to sell across Canada and the U.S.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you set your own pace
