📋 Description

  • Acquire new clients via outbound hunting; cross-sell/upsell with consultative sales.
  • Target mid-to-large businesses, enterprises, and late-stage startups; meet targets solo.
  • Own full sales cycle: lead gen, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, negotiating, closing.
  • Provide timely feedback to management, product and Eng to improve Jeeves features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and boost conversion rates.
  • Work with Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales or BD
  • Fluent in English
  • Top-tier consulting/IB exp; fintech/payments cross-border exposure preferred
  • Existing network of mid-to-large B2B relationships
  • CRM experience with Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets; proactive and results-driven
