Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end client relationships with daily account communication.
• Partner with Directors/VPs/C-suite for strategic guidance.
• Lead client meetings, agendas, actions, and timelines.
• Proactively update clients and identify opportunities.
• Translate client feedback into clear internal directions.
• Collaborate with PM/operations to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account management or similar role.
• Proven ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Great follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience with paid media/digital marketing or multi-location campaigns.
• Agency or fast-paced multi-account experience preferred.
